London based stoner/doom/psych with
heavy throbbing riffs that swirl. swoop and dive over and around a thunderous backdrop of bass and drums. This rocks like a cradle in a hurricane!
Favorite track: Breaking Point.
I first came across SGT Thunderhoof on their spilt with Howling Giant. The quality of their track compelled me to search for more. And were better to start than the beginning. There are only 5 songs on this album, but, as you’ll discover when you start listening, the SGT love his long tunes that eb & flow with walls of sound punctuated with meandering interludes. This album just gets better the further you get through it. The other reviews are right. Not their best but still really good. Harry Harrison
